Registration fee must be received on or before May 31st to receive a complimentary registration gift. Raffle tickets will be given out at Pre-Registration Check-in. ALL EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAW FOR A SPECIAL GIFT.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Commemorative Gift for Pre-Registrations up to May 31st is guaranteed. Registrations received after May 31st will receive commemorative gift if quantities allow. DAY OF Registrants will receive commemorative gift if quantities allow.
  • There will be NO further solicitation the day of the ride for additional donations to the Alberta Childrens Hospital Foundation.
  • There WILL be several raffle prize draws, a Live Auction, Silent Auction, 50/50 Draw and more
  • You do not have to ride or drive to participate! This is a fundraising event with ALL proceeds being donated to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation If you wish to join in for part of the day (See Registration Tab) you must purchase a ticket as an Event Arm Band is required for ALL meals and activities.

Itinerary

When: June 21st – 8:00am – 10:00am

Where: Delacour Hall (NEW IN 2025)

  • Hot Breakfast, Guest Speakers, Cheque Presentation and more.
  • Pre-Registered Guests: Check-In - Pick up Event Arm Band, Commemorative Gift, Raffle Tickets and Register for the Show & Shine.
  • New Registrations (DAY OF Registration – See Registration Tab) – Receive an Event Arm Band, Commemorative Gift (if quantities allow), Raffle Tickets and Register for the Show & Shine.

10:00am: Riders, Drivers & Passengers depart for mapped run with a pit stop for lunch. Morning festivities conclude.

3:00 - 4:00pm: Registrants arrive back at Delacour Hall for Games, Prizes, Raffles, 50/50 Draw, Dinner and Entertainment.

4:00 - 6:00pm:

  • Dinner & Evening Ticket Holders Check In - Pick up Event Arm Band and Raffle Ticket.
  • Ticket sales open for Dinner & Evening Festivities – (DAY OF Dinner & Evening Festivities - See Registration Tab). These Tickets are LIMITED – Receive an Event Arm Band and Raffle Ticket.

6:00 - 7:30pm: Dinner is Served!

9:00pm: Silent Auction CLOSES. Winners will be announced. Payment by Cash, Cheque or E-Transfer will be required to take items.

Hotel Shuttles will be offered throughout the evening for participants that are staying at the preferred Hotel which is TBD and will be posted shortly!
