My wife is Asian and short. We bought her a 2004  750 Honda shadow for first year worked great. As she outgrew this ( just enough for Highway but not enough to keep up with a VMax)  we moved to a Yamaha XS 1100. So two things. 

Both bikes work great for short people, and interestingly so does the the victory Tour. 

We still have the shadow, only 8 K on it and plan to sell in the spring. LIke any 8 K bike not a thing wrong with it starts in about 3 milliseconds cold or hot. Still shiny and still undamaged.</description>
